• 1 Oz. Lime juice
• Cole Slaw
• Favorite Hot Sauce
• Fish (Fresh Gulf Catch)
• Ranch
• Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Tortilla: Flour or Corn
Instructions:
Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
Roll your favorite Fresh Gulf catch in the blackening seasoning of your choice and wrap in Aluminum Foil.
Place on the grill for 6-8 minutes or until the fish begins to flake.
Heat up your tortilla,
add the premixed coleslaw, shredded cheese, a quick hint of fresh lime juice, a dab of ranch, and a splash of your favorite hot sauce.
